Return Policy (USA Only)
We accept returns from the United States within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted via mail.
Return Conditions
- The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorization
How to Initiate a Return?
- Contact our support team at support@zomd.shop to request a return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and return instructions.
- Ship the package back using the provided label. We do not accept returns without prior approval.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product): ZOMD covers return shipping costs.
- Customer-Initiated Returns (e.g., wrong size, changed mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Note: We are not responsible for lost return packages if you do not use our provided shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zomd.shop with photos of the issue.
Resolution options:
- Replacement (a new product will be shipped at no additional cost)
- Full Refund (issued back to your original payment method)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take additional time to process, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment method.
Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless due to defective or incorrect products).
- Payments made via gift cards or non-refundable payment methods are not eligible for refunds.
